After less than half a day’s tuition you can be productive in creating your own data extraction processes, encouraging you to exploit and enhance your own knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications. With just one click of a desktop icon an authorised user can obtain (for example) a full set of company accounts, or a complex sales analysis – either of which may have needed access to more than one computer – let alone more than one database!
By simply exploiting the power of the Microsoft desktop applications you can also create complex sales graphs and publish them on your own web site. You can send SMS text messages to key management personnel - reporting on out of line situations. You can also create processes which report on your own company Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and have them sent at the end of each day as messages to named key management personnel.
SCHEDULED
Linked processes can be run on demand or scheduled to run at any pre-determined time. Using this feature you can be kept up to date with the information you require when you want it allowing you to be more proactive in running your organisation.
